Shrimp & Mushroom Macaroni and Cheese

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 box Good Citizens Gluten Free Cauliflower Macaroni & Cheese
  • 2 ½ tbsp Butter
  • ¼ cup Organic Milk
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • ½ lb Shrimp
  • 2 tbsp Garlic
  • 2 tsp Basil (dried)
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 ½ cup Mushrooms
  • 4 tbsp Half and Half
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. Prepare Gluten Free Cauliflower Macaroni according to instructions on the box.
  2. In a sauté pan, heat olive oil and sauté shrimp and garlic until shrimp are cooked through.
  3. To the pan, add half and half, mushrooms, basil, red pepper flakes, paprika and parmesan cheese.
  4. Once heated, mix shrimp with pasta and serve.
