SEAFOOD SHELLS AND WHITE CHEDDAR

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 box Good Citizens White Cheddar & Shells
  • ¼ cup milk 
  • 2 ½ tbsp butter 
  • ¼ lb salmon 
  • 8 scallops 
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder 
  • Parsley (garnish) 
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Prepare Good Citizens Shells and White Cheddar according to the package. 
  2. Season salmon and scallops with garlic powder, onion powder, dry mustard, paprika and salt and pepper. Sear salmon and scallops in a hot skillet with olive oil. 
  3. Add cooked seafood to Good Citizens Shells and White Cheddar, garnish with chopped parsley.
