- 1 box Good Citizens White Cheddar & Shells
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 ½ tbsp butter
- ½ lb salmon filet
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Prepare Good Citizens Shells and White Cheddar according to the package.
- Season salmon filet with dry mustard, garlic powder and salt and pepper.
- Sear salmon filet in a hot skillet with olive oil.
- Combine salmon and Good Citizen Shells and White Cheddar.
