SALMON SHELLS & WHITE CHEDDAR

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 box Good Citizens White Cheddar & Shells
  • ¼ cup milk 
  • 2 ½ tbsp butter 
  • ½ lb salmon filet 
  • 1 tsp dry mustard 
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp olive oil 
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Prepare Good Citizens Shells and White Cheddar according to the package. 
  2. Season salmon filet with dry mustard, garlic powder and salt and pepper. 
  3. Sear salmon filet in a hot skillet with olive oil. 
  4. Combine salmon and Good Citizen Shells and White Cheddar.
