- 1 box Good Citizens Cauliflower Macaroni & Cheese
- 1 cup Pancetta (cubed)
- 1 cup Butternut Squash (cubed)
- 1 cup Brussel Sprouts (halved)
- 2 ½ tbsp Organic Butter
- ¼ cup Organic Milk
- Crispy Sage
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
- Prepare Good Citizens Cauliflower Macaroni & Cheese according to instructions on the box
- In a sauté pan, add 1 tbsp olive oil and heat. Then add pancetta and cook until crispy. Add butternut squash and brussel sprouts.
- In a separate pan, add 1 tbsp olive oil and heat. Once heated, add fresh sage.
- Cook until crisp. Drain sage and excess oil on paper towel.
- Top macaroni and cheese with pancetta, butternut squash, brussel sprouts and crispy sage.
