MUSHROOM ALFREDO SHELLS

DIRECTIONS

  1. Prepare White Cheddar and Shells according to the instructions on the box
  2. Heat medium sized skillet to medium-high heat
  3. Add butter to pan and melt
  4. Place sliced mushrooms and stir occasionally
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and fresh thyme
  6. Fold half of the parmesan into pasta shells
  7. Top shells with seasoned mushrooms
  8. Garnish with remaining parmesan
