MUSHROOM ALFREDO SHELLS
INGREDIENTS
- 1 box Good Citizens White Cheddar and Shells
- 3 fresh medium sized shiitake mushrooms
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Prepare White Cheddar and Shells according to the instructions on the box
- Heat medium sized skillet to medium-high heat
- Add butter to pan and melt
- Place sliced mushrooms and stir occasionally
- Season with salt, pepper, and fresh thyme
- Fold half of the parmesan into pasta shells
- Top shells with seasoned mushrooms
- Garnish with remaining parmesan
