• 1 Box Good Citizens White Shell Mac & Cheese
  • 2.5 Tbsp Butter (unsalted)
  • ⅓ Cup of Whole Milk
  • 1 Lobster (Par boiled), Tail cut in half and claw/knuckle meat removed
  • 1 Tbsp melted Butter
  • 1 Clove Garlic, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Chive
  • Salt and Pepper


Place the lobster tail in a small oven proof sauté pan. Brush the tail with butter and season with the chopped garlic, salt, pepper and chive. Place in a 400F oven for 3min. Add the claw and knuckle meat to the pan with 1 T butter and place back into the oven. Cook another 5-8 min or until the lobster is heated thru. Place your creamy white shell Mac and cheese onto the plate and garnish with ½ Tail and claw per dish. Finish with fresh chive.
