ITALIAN SAUSAGE AND SPINACH WHITE CHEDDAR SHELLS

DIRECTIONS

  1. Prepare White Cheddar and Shells according to instruction on box
  2. Preheat medium skillet to medium heat
  3. Place butter in pan and melt
  4. Cook sausages in pan, turning occasionally
  5. Remove sausages once they are thoroughly cooked
  6. Place spinach in pan with butter and remaining sausage fat
  7. Cook until spinach is lightly wilted
  8. Fold spinach into macaroni and cheese
  9. Slice sausages into 1/2” pieces
  10. Place sausage atop macaroni and garnish with parmesan cheese
