FALL VEGETABLE MACARONI & CHEESE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 box Good Citizens White Cheddar and Shells
- 2 Carrots (chopped)
- Broccoli
- Butternut Squash (cubed)
- 1 tbsp Garlic
- Sage
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Prepare White Cheddar and Shells according to instructions on the box
- In a bowl, toss carrots, broccoli and butternut squash with garlic, olive oil and salt and pepper
- Lay vegetables on a baking sheet and place in the oven at 400 degrees for 25 minutes
- In a sautee pan, add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and heat, once heated add fresh sage to crisp
- Once sage is crisp, place on paper towel to drain excess oil
- Top Macaroni and Cheese with fall roasted vegetables and crispy sage
