FALL VEGETABLE MACARONI & CHEESE

DIRECTIONS

  1. Prepare White Cheddar and Shells according to instructions on the box
  2. In a bowl, toss carrots, broccoli and butternut squash with garlic, olive oil and salt and pepper
  3. Lay vegetables on a baking sheet and place in the oven at 400 degrees for 25 minutes
  4. In a sautee pan, add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and heat, once heated add fresh sage to crisp
  5. Once sage is crisp, place on paper towel to drain excess oil
  6. Top Macaroni and Cheese with fall roasted vegetables and crispy sage
