CREAMY GRILLED CORN AND BACON SHELLS

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat medium cast iron skillet to medium-high heat
  2. Lay bacon strips in pan and cook until golden
  3. Toss strained corn kernels into skillet and turn constantly
  4. Remove corn kernels once they are lightly charred
  5. Prepare White Cheddar Shells according to instructions on the box
  6. Fold corn into macaroni
  7. Chop the crispy bacon roughly and scallions thinly
  8. Top macaroni with bacon & scallions
