CHORIZO, JALAPENO MAC

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Box Good Citizens Elbow Cheddar Mac & Cheese
  • 2.5 Tbsp Butter (unsalted)
  • ⅓ Cup of Whole Milk

  • Follow Manufactures instruction

  • 1 Link Chorizo 4-5 oz
  • 1 Jalapeño, sliced into 1/8 rounds

DIRECTIONS

Pre-heat a small sauté pan on low heat. Add the chorizo and sauté on medium heat until well done. Remove the chorizo and add the jalapeño. Cook on high heat until tender, for about 1-2 min.

Follow the box instruction to cook the Mac & Cheese. Once this has been completed fold in half of the chorizo. Garnish the with the remaining chorizo and jalapeño.
