CHIMICHURRI FILET MIGNON WHITE CHEDDAR SHELLS

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat grill or stovetop griddle
  2. Season steak with salt and pepper
  3. Sear Filet Mignon for 2-3 minutes on each side
  4. Let steak rest for 10 minutes
  5. Prepare White Cheddar and Shells according to instructions on box
  6. Slice steak against the grain about 1/4” thick
  7. Lay steak atop macaroni and top with chimichurri
  8. Garnish pasta with a drizzle of balsamic glaze
