Chorizo, Jalapeno Mac


  • 1ea Box Good Citizens Elbow Cheddar Mac & Cheese
  • 2.5 Tbsp Butter (unsalted)
  • ⅓ Cup of Whole Milk

  • Follow Manufactures instruction

  • 1 Link Chorizo 4-5 oz
  • 1 Jalapeño, sliced into 1/8 rounds


Pre-heat a small sauté pan on low heat. Add the chorizo and sauté on medium heat until well done. Remove the chorizo and add the jalapeno. Cook on high heat until tender. 1-2 min.

Follow the manufactures instruction for the Mac & Cheese. Once this has been completed fold in half of the Chorizo. Garnish the with the remaining chorizo and jalapeño.
